Overview
This Division provides leadership in the
implementation of the district's systemic continuous improvement
efforts. It is responsible for moving the district and its work
units toward the attainment of performance excellence through
the alignment of professional development activities with
district goals and objectives and for maintaining open, active
lines of communication with other work units to develop high
quality performance improvement efforts, and deploy them to
administrative, instructional, and non-instructional personnel.
